The organiser
The organiser sets the group up, invites people, keeps it moving round by round and decides the payments nobody else can decide. You are the only person who pays Rotaro anything, and only for a group bigger than the free size.
Create your account
Enter your phone number or email, type the six-digit code we send, add your name and confirm you are over 18. You accept the terms, including a clear tick that Rotaro does not hold your money.

Choose how the group runs
Direct Rotation is what runs today: members pay each other and Rotaro keeps the record. Secure Pot, where a regulated partner holds the pot, is shown as coming later with a waitlist.

Set the group up
The name, the amount, how often, the number of members, the first due date, reminder days, the waiting time before a payment is late, and whether early slots need a guarantor. Before the group starts you and your deputy can change any of it, and every member is told.

Invite and approve
Share the link or the code. Approve each request to join. People read the group's rules and accept them before they are in.

Name a deputy
A member you trust. They accept in the app. You cannot start the first round without one, because someone other than you has to decide a payment made to you.

Set the payout order
Draw it, let members choose, or set it by hand with your deputy's approval. Members with the first slots name a guarantor if the group asks for one.

Buy places if you need them
Small groups are free. A bigger group needs places, which you buy on this website by bank or card. Members pay nothing. A group with more members than places is paused, never locked: the record keeps working.

Start the group
The Start button tells you what is still missing: members, the deputy, places in the order, guarantors, places to buy. When everything is ready, round 1 opens.

Each round
Watch who has paid and who has confirmed. Decide a payment the recipient did not confirm in time. Record the outcome of a dispute. Send a WhatsApp reminder in one tap. Pay a contribution for a member who cannot.

Changes that need two people
Cancelling a running group, setting the remaining order by hand, a fresh draw or a swap of two turns: you ask, your deputy approves, or the other way round. A change to the amount, currency or rhythm needs every member to agree.

A new rotation
When the last round closes, start again with the same people. The old record stays to read.

Rotaro never holds your group's money. Members pay each other, bank to bank. You pay Rotaro only for the software, and only above the free size.
