Rotaro terms
Version 2026-10-draft-1
This is a draft, written before legal advice. It must be reviewed and approved by a lawyer before Rotaro is released to the public.
Rotaro does not hold your money. Members pay each other directly. Rotaro keeps a shared record of who said they paid and who confirmed it, and it reminds people about due dates.
You are 18 or over. You use Rotaro to keep track of a savings circle you have chosen to join with people you know.
Your group's rules. You accept the rules of each group when you join it. The app applies them the same way for everyone.
Your record. Entries in a group's record are never deleted. A mistake is corrected by a new entry that names the one it corrects.
Disputes. If you disagree about a payment, you can raise a dispute. The organiser records the outcome. Rotaro cannot recover money.
Privacy. We keep your name and the way to reach you. We do not sell your details.
