Before you print
Put the names in payout order. If you have not chosen the order yet, the fair draw gives you one with a seed anyone can check. To save a PDF instead of printing, choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print window.
A printed schedule is a good start. In Rotaro, the same schedule sits beside a record of who paid and who confirmed, which every member can see.
