Help

What Rotaro is. Rotaro keeps the shared record of a savings circle: who is in it, who said they paid, who confirmed it, and when each round is due. Rotaro does not hold your money. You pay the other members directly, by bank transfer.

Joining a circle. An organiser invites you with a link or a code. Open it, create your account, and read the group's rules before you join.

Paying and confirming. When you have paid, say so in the app. The member you paid confirms it, and only then does it count in the record. If you and another member disagree about a payment, raise a dispute from that payment; the organiser records the outcome.

Mistakes. Entries in a group's record are never deleted. A mistake is corrected with a new entry that names the one it corrects.

Signing in. Rotaro sends a six-digit code by text or email each time you sign in. The code works for 10 minutes. If it does not arrive, check the phone number or email you entered and ask for a new one after a minute.

Leaving and deleting your account. In Account, choose "Delete my account". It is refused while you are in a group that has not finished. Otherwise it removes your name, contact details, bank details, sessions, devices and messages. The groups' shared records keep your entries under "Former member".

Need more help? Ask your group's organiser first; they can see the group's record and its rules.

This is a draft, written before legal advice. It must be reviewed and approved by a lawyer before Rotaro is released to the public.
