It's your turn
On your turn the group pays you directly. You check your bank, confirm each payment as it arrives, and confirm the pot. The round closes when you do.

The screen says "You're receiving the pot": the total, who is paying you, how each one is paying, and the due date.

A member who has paid taps "I have paid". The money arrives in your own account; Rotaro never touches it.
In the app: Waiting for you to confirm.
Confirm each payment, or report it missing
Tap Confirm when it has arrived. If it has not, report it missing and the organiser decides. If you do nothing within the group's waiting time, the payment goes to the organiser (or the deputy, if the organiser is you).
In the app: Confirm.
Confirm the pot
When every contribution is confirmed, confirm what you have received. The round closes and the next one opens.

The rest of the rotation
Your home screen says you have collected and shows who collects next. You keep paying in each round until the rotation ends.
In the app: My groups.
Contributions are payments between members' own bank accounts. Rotaro never holds or processes them, and charges members nothing.
