How the sums work
Each round, every member pays the same amount, and one member receives all of it. So the pot is the amount times the number of members, and over the whole rotation each member pays in exactly one pot and receives exactly one pot. Nothing is added and nothing is taken off.
Dates follow the way Rotaro counts them: the first round on the first due date, then every week, every two weeks or every month from there. A monthly date on the 31st falls on the last day of a shorter month.
